ZVEX | Fuzz Factory 7 | Original Iconic Fuzz | Vexter USA Series
Expanded fuzz, germanium magic, and total sonic chaos.
The Fuzz Factory 7™ takes the iconic ZVEX fuzz circuit and launches it into a whole new dimension. At the heart of this beast are two vintage NOS GT308 germanium transistors from the 1960s—sourced from Ukraine and hand-tested for low leakage and optimal gain. These delicate, highly responsive components aren’t just heard—they’re seen through a Lexan window, glowing with LED backlighting when the pedal is engaged.
Where the Fat Fuzz Factory offers a 3-way toggle, the FF7 steps it up with a 9-position Subs rotary switch that unlocks a massive range of tones—from deep, sub-heavy rumble to piercing, brittle fuzz. It’s capable of insane oscillation and unpredictable harmonic chaos across both guitar and bass. A second footswitch activates a passive tone circuit, letting you tame the highs when needed.
